Here is a lovely article from the Middle East about World Turtle Day. The World Turtle Day 2013 is May, 23. World Turtle Day was to increase respect and knowledge for the world's oldest creatures. These gentle animals have been around for about 200 million years, yet they are rapidly disappearing as a result of the exotic food industry, habitat destruction and the cruel pet trade.

River Road Gardens is a small urban intensive vegetable farm utilizing biodynamic farming methods. Located right in the heart of the Finger Rock Watershed of the Santa Catalina Mountains in Tucson, AZ.
