Each package contains a plantable teddy bear and heart, both hand punched from plantable paper chock full of a mix of perennial and annual flower seeds. Choose the color of teddy bear - it doesn't have to be brown, it can be white, pink, any color you'd like! Also choose the color of hearts you'd like :) Each can be planted to grow. Simply cover with a thin layer of soil, keep damp and watch them grow! A custom, personalized card can be included with planting instructions, or use our standard card as shown.
